Policies
Ongoing commitments
We are committed to providing the highest quality care and education, as well as meeting the expectations of parents/guardians. Our staff will continue to gather feedback from parents/guardians and immediately address any issues raised. They will also continue to apply rigorous standards and aim to maintain or exceed our current Ofsted rating of ‘GOOD’. Another important aim is to maintain a low turnover of staff to ensure your child benefits from a cohesive team that works for the common good.
The Pre-School team
We have a team of highly-qualified staff and promote team training and personal development opportunities to them at every stage of their careers. Critically, we work to ensure that favourable child-to-staff ratios are maintained.
Pre-School policies
We have a comprehensive range of policies and procedures in place, details of which are available on request. The policies and procedures contain the rules required for running the setting in a way which complies with the requirements of the EYFS and Ofsted registration and must be adhered to by staff, volunteers and parents.
These are reviewed annually by the team, trustees and parents/guardians. If you wish to give feedback on the policies, please use the contact form below or speak to the manager.
New Policies
We are in the process of reviewing all of our our policies, procedures and website to make sure we are meeting the new Early Years Foundation Stage 2021. Current policies and procedures are available in printed format in the pre-school.
We will be adding the new versions over the next few months and welcome parent, trustee and staff feedback. Please select the drop down menu under policies or click the links below to review the new ones we are looking at adopting.
